A single one-off cleaning fee of £100 is payable at time of booking for every booking in addition to accommodation charges. Cleaning during your stay can be arranged in advance on request with payment direct to cleaning company.
A refundable damages deposit is due of £1500 before stay commences and is refundable after check out.
The deposit is held for use against any damages & breakages on the estate or extra cleaning required due to misuse/neglect, late checkout that is not pre authorised or loss of keys during your stay but we would hope nothing happens!
Payment can be made by bank transfer in £ GBP
Minimum Stay is 3 nights off peak and 5 nights otherwise, no date changes allowed. Both properties comfortably sleep 10 max (perfect for two families) in 6 bedrooms & there is room for cots in bedrooms.
We recommend taking out comprehensive travel insurance to cover possible cancellation costs and your stay. If you choose not to then you accept responsibility for any loss that you may incur.
